This service combines lacrosse, personal development, and mindset training based on a strong, long-term professional coaching relationship. We will work individually to dial in lacrosse training and deliberate practice, as well as all other aspects necessary to become your best. We will follow up consistently to offer ongoing support and guidance, discuss your individual goals, and assess your progress.
Includes:
12 Personal Development & Mindset Lessons
12 lessons and over 50 practical applications designed to create lasting habits of success. 1v1 guidance and conversations about each topic.
Individualized Lacrosse Development Plan
Tailored training aligned with your goals and skill level.
1-on-1 Mentorship
Direct guidance and support from Brian and Nathan throughout the program.
Film Analysis
Reviewed breakdowns from clients’ practices or games. Players will learn to watch film at a professional level.
Community Calls
Group sessions to recap the lessons and guest speakers.

This service adds another angle of player development to your program with lacrosse, personal development, and mindset training.
Includes:
- 12 Personal Development and Mindset Lessons. Each lesson contains an information video, training, and application video.
- 12 community calls going over each lesson for half of it, and then a lacrosse part to half of it. We will have guests on bi-weekly basis from NLL, PLL, and leaders in the personal development / mental performance space.
- Community posts about lacrosse, personal development, and mindset
- Lacrosse site library access
- Personal development journal
- Identify team mission, vision and core principles

Personal Development and Mindset Lessons
This program features 12 personal development and mindset lessons, designed to enhance the mental game. Each lesson includes a video and direct application. Additionally, every lesson offers personal guidance from our staff and in-depth conversations around the topics.
Individual Lacrosse Development Plan
A personalized training plan is built around a player’s current skill level and goals. It starts with an in-depth evaluation to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Based on that assessment, the program outlines specific drills and when to fit them into the players day. The goal is to provide a clear, structured path for development.
Mentorship
We pair clients with a member of our staff, who monitor their progress, offer real-time advice, and provides support throughout their development. Using an app, players can message our staff directly, track habits, and stay accountable with regular check-ins. It’s a system designed to keep athletes focused, motivated, and consistently improving, with guidance from someone who’s already played at the highest level.
Film Analysis
In an interactive setting, athletes are taught how to break down film on their own and view the game through the eyes of a coach and professional player. With time, their understanding of the game shifts, unlocking a higher level of performance. Film becomes a tool to analyze technique, spot areas for improvement, and evaluate decision-making under pressure. It sharpens instincts, improves mental preparation, and builds confidence by helping players visualize plays and anticipate game situations. Athletes also have Brian and Nathan as resources to film deliberate practice and receive timely feedback.
Community Calls
Community calls connect players with top-level pros who share their experiences, training tips, and advice. These sessions inspire, educate, and give players a direct look into what it takes to succeed at the highest level—all while being part of a motivated, like-minded community.
