Separation Sessions
On-field lacrosse training is geared toward the serious athlete looking to separate from the competition. After 10 sessions, participants receive an Athletes Goal performance shirt.
Training includes:
- Elite instruction
- High-level skill training
- Controlled live reps
Sessions are for elite-level boys and girls players of the following positions:
Attack, midfield, defense and goalies.
Our Training Philosophy:
During our training, we mimic each drill to a game scenario while also mastering the ‘fundamentals’. We add game like variables in almost every drill. By adding variables like a defender or a goalie it helps athletes execute plays in a game setting. They can feel pressure and make reads with and without the ball more efficiently. Many private lesson players have all of the necessary skills mastered but struggle performing in game settings due to a lack of variables in training. We also have a ‘driving range’ segment during each session to focus on mastering the fundamentals of a specific skill. There is ‘power in numbers’ as we push each other and create a competition for each drill.
