Brian’s training has helped me transform my game and athleticism, making a significant impact at the NCAA level that I previously never imagined. Through his high level coaching that reinforces personal drive, implementation of skills, and the development of lacrosse IQ, I experienced greater growth as a player and individual. The Roadmap Program taught me about the various aspects of mental performance. These lessons were vital in improving my mentality as I learned to be clear with my vision, learned how to stay disciplined through daily work, and learned how to stay in the moment, along with many other important lessons. Throughout the past three months, I have worked with Athletes Goal to develop effective routines that help me stay consistent on game day. The biggest thing that Athletes Goal has provided me with is clarity and the ability to simplify each workout, game, practice, and day. Athletes Goal and the services they provide don’t only help with sports, however, as I maintained a GPA this trimester that I could not even fathom only a year ago. Middle School

We guide athletes to excel through challenges of middle school in both personal and athletics through creating a vision and developing a roadmap to get there. Clients will hone in on their lacrosse skill while also learning the basic principles of mindset and personal development skills.

High School

We help athletes hone in on their process and develop necessary mindset and personal development skills to reach their full potential. Whether its going from JV to varsity or varsity to ‘player of the year’. In an environment where it is natural to fit in with the pack, we will encourage athletes to take the road less traveled.

College

The jump from high school to college demands athletes to be proficient in time management, organization, discipline and many other skills. Many student athletes do not face the challenges in high school that they will in college like competing for playing time, excelling in long format days and much more. We help players prepare for the jump and excel while they get there.
